*Ticket holders will be upgraded at no additional charge to seats in the rear balcony subject to availability on a first, come, first served basis. Enter the venue with your lawn tickets, then proceed to the outer balcony (ramps 1 or 4) where an usher will exchange your lawn tickets for your upgraded balcony seats. Disclaimer: Upgraded seats are Rear Balcony level only and are subject to availability. Upgrades will be processed on a first come, first served basis. All seating is assigned and patron agrees to accept seat assignments on tickets distributed by ushers. All upgrades will be made up to 10 minutes prior to the start of each performance. Latecomers will be upgraded at the discretion of SPAC Ushering Staff. Please arrive early to avoid disruption of the performance. No upgrades will be made once the performance has started.
