Cold Weather Comfort Meals!

For many of us, we have a love/hate relationship with the changing seasons. Even if you ski or snowboard, there may be days where you just need to be warm, whether that is curling up under the covers, binge watching your favorite show, or making a delicious comfort food meal.

What exactly are “comfort foods?” Comfort foods are any type of rich or indulgent foods that bring a sense of happiness and security. In fact, the Oxford Dictionary added this term in 1997!

No two people are the same, therefore, comfort foods can be different for everyone. For some, this may be indulging in an ice cream sundae, loaded fries, chili, or even a big bowl of macaroni and cheese. The best part is, there is no right or wrong! Here at Price Chopper and Market 32, we want to give you some delicious comfort meals to try out this fall and winter. Check out a few warm recipes that will make the cold weather seem not so bad!

Baked Beef & Lamb Meatballs: With a few key ingredients like beef, lamb, basil, and marinara sauce, your taste buds will be jumping for joy!
